1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing d9d9 or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. These documents form the full agreement between you and d9d9.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use d9d9, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3 Account Registration

Each individual may open only one d9d9 account. Duplicate accounts — even using different email addresses or personal details — are not permitted and will be closed. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. This information must match the details on the government-issued ID you will use for KYC verification.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. d9d9 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity on your account before a report of unauthorised access is treated as your own.

KYC identity verification — submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — is required before withdrawal access is enabled. Common accepted documents include passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys national ID, and PRC card.

4 Deposits and Funds

All deposits to your d9d9 account are made in Philippine Peso (PHP) through supported Philippine payment channels, including bank transfer, online banking, mobile banking, and local e-wallets.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.
• You may only fund your account using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third-party or unverified accounts may be reversed and the account flagged for review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by channel and are displayed at the time of transaction.

d9d9 does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees — this is outside d9d9's control.

5 Betting and Gameplay

Once a bet or game round has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Results are final upon settlement.

• Bet limits — minimum and maximum stakes — apply per game, table, or market and are shown before you place a wager.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round or bet settlement, d9d9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, connectivity issues, or system faults to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in account termination.
• Sports bet settlements follow official competition results. If a match is postponed or abandoned, the specific market rules displayed on the Platform at the time of betting apply.
• Live casino results are determined by physical card draws, wheel spins, and dice rolls conducted by real dealers. These outcomes are not controlled by the Platform and are final.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to Philippine bank accounts and local e-wallets in PHP only. All the following conditions apply:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in the same name as your d9d9 account.
• Each withdrawal request requires OTP confirmation sent to your registered Philippine mobile number.
• d9d9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

• Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. d9d9 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, or structured wagering intended to exploit bonus terms — will result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Where an account is closed for a Terms violation, any balance associated with the violating activity may be withheld. Balances not connected to the violation will be returned to the player's verified payment method after review.

10 Limitation of Liability

d9d9 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain consistent availability and accurate game results, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical faults.

• d9d9 is not liable for losses arising from network outages, device failures, or connectivity issues on the player's end.
• d9d9 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d9d9's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

11 Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
